Does Leadstr replace my CRM?

No. Leadstr sits alongside your existing CRM and writes qualified leads, scoring data, and conversation history into HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive natively.

How long does CRM connection take?

OAuth-based connections take a few minutes for HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive. Custom field mapping is a one-time setup step we walk through during onboarding.

What if my CRM isn't listed?

Use Zapier for 5,000+ apps, or our public API on Pro and Enterprise plans for fully custom integrations.

Does Leadstr support two-way sync?

Yes for HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive. Updates in either system propagate, including custom fields, deal stages, and ownership.

Can Leadstr send through my email and WhatsApp?

Yes. Connect Gmail or Google Workspace to send from your domain, and connect WhatsApp Business to qualify and nurture inside the channel many leads prefer.
